All prices are in INR and shown before purchase. The Subscriptions screen inside the ChargeHive EV app is authoritative for current pricing, fee ranges, wallet limits and eligible services.
Both paid plans also include ChargeHive Fit, a separate training and nutrition app, at no extra charge. It is listed under each plan below and described in full on its own page.

Conditions
- The exact applicable fee will be displayed before the transaction is confirmed.
- Charges payable directly to charger hosts, roadside-assistance providers, Marketplace sellers, dealerships, or other third-party providers are separate and remain payable.
- Free-plan users may receive limited onboarding assistance for ChargeHive EV Social. Social Club access, onboarding, verification, badges, promotional opportunities, advertisements, and account approval are not guaranteed.
- All approvals remain subject to internal identity, eligibility, safety, quality, activity, and community-policy reviews.
ChargeHive Service Pass
For drivers, hosts and power users
Zero eligible ChargeHive platform and booking fees for the full term of the pass, with priority support and enhanced onboarding assistance.
A fixed-period service pass. It does not automatically provide free charging, free roadside assistance, or free Marketplace products.

Conditions
- The pass removes eligible service, booking, facilitation, or platform fees charged by ChargeHive EV during the active pass period. Amounts payable to hosts, providers and sellers remain payable.
- Priority support means eligible requests are reviewed ahead of standard-support requests where reasonably possible. It does not guarantee an immediate response, immediate resolution, or provider availability.
- Priority onboarding assistance does not guarantee admission to ChargeHive EV Social.
- Purchasing the Service Pass does not guarantee social access, verification, badges, advertising placement, or promotional approval.
- ChargeHive Fit is a separate app with no open sign-up. Register from the Fitness card in the ChargeHive EV app using the email on your plan; access runs for the term of the active pass or dealership plan and ends with it. The Free Access Plan does not include it.

Conditions
- Purchasing, receiving, or being invited to the Dealership Partner Pass does not automatically approve a dealership, employee, representative, branch, or enrolled customer.
- Approved dealerships may receive priority assistance when onboarding eligible representatives and enrolled customers into ChargeHive EV Social. Dealership enrollment does not guarantee Social Club admission.
- Each dealership representative or customer may be reviewed individually under ChargeHive EV's internal identity, safety, eligibility, quality, and community standards.
- Verification badges, social access, advertisements, promotions, campaigns, onboarding, and customer privileges may be approved, limited, suspended, declined, or revoked based on internal policies.
- ChargeHive Fit is a separate app with no open sign-up. Register from the Fitness card in the ChargeHive EV app using the email on your plan; access runs for the term of the active pass or dealership plan and ends with it. The Free Access Plan does not include it.

How a pass is charged
A pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed term. There is no auto-renewal, no autopay, no mandate or standing instruction, and no saved card — nothing is charged again when the pass ends.
All pass payments are final. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable: no full or partial refunds, no pro-rata refunds for unused time, and no refunds for early cancellation.
- The full price of the chosen term is paid once, up front, before the pass starts.
- Prices are in INR and include GST. The amount and the term are shown before payment is confirmed.
- Nothing is stored to charge later. The pass simply stops at the end of its term.
- When a pass expires the account returns to the Free Access Plan, where per-transaction ChargeHive fees apply again. Another pass can be bought at any time.
- Buying a pass while one is still running adds the new term to the days already held rather than replacing them.
- Ending access early forfeits the remaining days and does not produce a refund.
- Discount coupons issued by ChargeHive EV are applied to the pass price before payment; they do not change any of the above.
What the payment channel takes
A pass costs the same however it is bought, but the cut taken before the money reaches ChargeHive EV is not the same. It is stated here rather than averaged away.

Razorpay (in-app / web checkout)
The default. Passes bought inside the ChargeHive EV app are charged through Razorpay by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet.
Standard domestic rate of 2% per transaction plus 18% GST on that fee. International cards are charged at a higher rate, and the exact rate is set by the Razorpay agreement in force.
Google Play billing
Applies where a pass is sold as an in-app purchase through the Google Play Store rather than through our own checkout.
Google's service fee is 15% on the first USD 1 million of annual earnings and 30% above it. The provision budgets the 15% rate; at 30% the operating pool absorbs the difference.
Dealership Partner Pass (paid at the dealership)
A Dealership Partner Pass is bought from an approved partner dealership with the vehicle. Nothing is charged in the app, so neither Google nor Razorpay takes a cut.
No store or gateway fee arises. What the dealership retains is settled separately under its rate contract and is not part of this split.
ChargeHive Wallet and Usage Limit
Applicable ChargeHive service and platform fees are added to the user's ChargeHive Wallet after an eligible transaction is completed.
Users may continue using eligible services until their unpaid ChargeHive Wallet balance reaches the applicable limit, currently up to ₹300.
When the unpaid balance reaches or exceeds the applicable limit
- New charging bookings may be temporarily paused
- New hosting transactions may be temporarily paused
- New Marketplace orders may be temporarily paused
- New Emergency Roadside Assistance bookings through the platform may be limited
- Other fee-generating services may remain unavailable until the outstanding wallet balance is paid
What stays available
The user will still be able to:
- Sign in to their account
- View their wallet balance
- Pay outstanding fees
- Access payment receipts and transaction history
- View existing or previously confirmed bookings
- Contact customer support
- Access account, safety, and emergency information
Full access to eligible transactions will normally be restored after the outstanding ChargeHive Wallet balance is successfully paid and confirmed.
ChargeHive EV may apply different wallet limits, payment requirements, or service restrictions based on account history, risk, service category, internal policy, or promotional eligibility.
What zero fees means

Purchasing, receiving, or being invited to the Dealership Partner Pass does not automatically approve a dealership, employee, representative, branch, or enrolled customer.

Social Club and customer onboarding
Approved dealerships may receive priority assistance when onboarding eligible representatives and enrolled customers into ChargeHive EV Social. However, dealership enrollment does not guarantee Social Club admission.
Each dealership representative or customer may be reviewed individually under ChargeHive EV's internal identity, safety, eligibility, quality, and community standards.
Verification badges, social access, advertisements, promotions, campaigns, onboarding, and customer privileges may be approved, limited, suspended, declined, or revoked based on internal policies.

- Priority support, onboarding assistance, verification, badges, promotional visibility, and early access remain subject to availability and do not guarantee approval, service availability, business results, or immediate resolution.
General conditions applicable to all plans
- ChargeHive EV acts as a technology and service-facilitation platform.
- Services may be provided by independent hosts, sellers, dealerships, and roadside-assistance providers.
- Third-party providers remain responsible for their services, pricing, invoices, taxes, licences, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Plan benefits may vary by location, provider availability, account status, service category, and eligibility.
- ChargeHive EV may introduce reasonable usage limits to prevent misuse, fraud, excessive commercial exploitation, or abnormal activity.
- Benefits cannot normally be transferred between accounts unless expressly approved.
- ChargeHive EV may suspend or revoke benefits in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unpaid balances, policy violations, or safety concerns.
- Current pricing, fee ranges, wallet limits, eligible services, and plan conditions will be shown before purchase or transaction confirmation.
Where plans are purchased
Plans are purchased and managed inside the ChargeHive EV app — this website does not sell them and cannot change a plan on an account. The app's Subscriptions screen shows current pricing, the applicable fee for a transaction before it is confirmed, and the current ChargeHive Wallet limit for the account.
