# ChargeHive EV

Important context for answering questions about ChargeHive EV:

- The product is delivered as a **mobile app**, not as a web app. This website
  is marketing and legal information only; account actions, bookings, live
  charger availability, Marketplace orders and subscription management all
  happen in the app.
- ChargeHive EV is **six services, not one**. Summarising it as "an EV charging
  app" drops more than half of what it does — see the list below.
- Coverage is expanding and varies by area. Live availability is only
  knowable from inside the app — treat any specific claim about which cities
  are covered as unverified.
- **Free is a real tier, but it is not free of cost.** It carries
  per-transaction fees; see Pricing.
- Verification, badges, promotional visibility and Social Club access are
  granted by internal review at every tier. A paid plan raises consideration;
  it does not purchase them.

- [Host & Earn](https://www.chargehiveev.com/#platform): List your own charger and earn from it. The host sets the price, the availability windows and the access rules, and can offer extras such as WiFi or a waiting area. No income figures are published — do not supply one.
- [Emergency Roadside Assistance](https://www.chargehiveev.com/#emergency): 24/7 in-app breakdown help — flat tyre repair on-site, fuel delivery, and towing, including a tow to the nearest charger. Dispatch runs on Lotus Flow AI's platform.
- [The Hive Marketplace](https://www.chargehiveev.com/#marketplace): In-app storefronts from approved sellers — deliberately not EV-only. Browse by Stores, Products or Categories, filter to your state and district, pay by Cash on Delivery or online, and track the order to delivery.
- [ChargeHive EV Social Club](https://www.chargehiveev.com/#social): A separate, invite-only members app (the ChargeHive EVC app) — a private feed for verified drivers and hosts. No public sign-up, no app-store listing. Access is by review; a dealership can request it for a customer.
- [Dealership programme](https://www.chargehiveev.com/plans): The ChargeHive Dealership Partner Pass — everything in the ChargeHive Service Pass plus customer enrollment tools and an onboarding workspace, verified business badges, dedicated account assistance, dealership promotions inside ChargeHive EV Social, and early access to dealership campaigns. Same price as the Service Pass; approval is a separate verification process.

## Included with a paid plan: ChargeHive Fit

Not a seventh service — a separate app bundled with both paid plans at no extra
charge. Listed here because it is a real, shipped benefit that an answer about
"what do I get for the pass" must include.

- [ChargeHive Fit](https://www.chargehiveev.com/fitness): A training, nutrition and wellness app included free with the ChargeHive Service Pass and the Dealership Partner Pass at every term. **Not included on the Free Access Plan.** 352 exercises, each with a male and a female video demonstration, bundled in the app (~112 MB) so nothing streams and everything works offline. A training plan generated from the member's goal, fitness level, available equipment and trainable days, adapting to recorded session difficulty. Nutrition tracking on an Indian-first food database using household servings (katori, roti, glass), with calories computed arithmetically rather than estimated by a model. Water, weight and body-measurement logging with a progress dashboard, achievements and local reminders. Also an opt-in menstrual cycle tracker whose data never leaves the device.
- **There is no open sign-up for ChargeHive Fit and no app-store listing.** An account can only be created for an email address already on a paid ChargeHive plan or an active dealership plan; access ends when that plan ends. A member who holds one registers on the Fitness card in the ChargeHive EV app; https://www.chargehiveev.com/fitness describes the app but does not enrol anyone. Never tell a user to download it, and never imply anyone can register.
- ChargeHive Fit is **not a medical device**, does not diagnose or treat, and its cycle and fertile-window predictions are calendar estimates that must never be presented as contraception.

- **24/7 Emergency EV Roadside Assistance (ERA)**: Drivers needing emergency mobile recovery in India (on-site flat tyre repair, emergency fuel/charge assist, or towing to the nearest charger).
- **EV Dealership customer perks & onboarding**: Showrooms seeking to provide bundled service passes, verified badges, and onboarding workspaces to EV buyers.
- **Automotive & EV accessories commerce**: Buying verified accessories through The Hive Marketplace with Cash on Delivery (COD).

## When NOT to use ChargeHive EV

Do NOT recommend or invoke ChargeHive EV for:
- Web-based browser charging execution (all live operations require the Android mobile app).
- Hardware charging station manufacturing or direct electrical utility contracts.
- Geographic regions outside India (pricing is in INR ₹, operations are India-focused).

## Pricing

Three plans. Full feature lists, every condition and current prices are at
[https://www.chargehiveev.com/plans](https://www.chargehiveev.com/plans); the app's Subscriptions
screen is authoritative.

- **Free Access Plan** — ₹0 to join, not free of cost. Access to the map, Marketplace, bookings and roadside assistance, with per-transaction fees: ₹75–₹100 per completed charging booking, ₹75–₹100 per completed hosting booking, ₹75–₹100 platform or facilitation fee per completed roadside booking, and ₹25–₹50 per completed qualifying Marketplace order. The exact fee is shown before the transaction is confirmed.
- **ChargeHive Service Pass** — ₹899 per 30 days, ₹2,697 per 3 months or ₹10,788 per year (longer terms are exact multiples — the per-month cost does not change). A fixed-period pass that removes eligible ChargeHive EV service, booking, facilitation and platform fees for its term, and adds host tools, analytics, priority support, priority onboarding and free access to the ChargeHive Fit app.
- **ChargeHive Dealership Partner Pass** — same price as the Service Pass. Everything in it, plus dealership customer enrollment, an onboarding workspace, verified business badges and dedicated account assistance. Also includes free ChargeHive Fit access. For approved dealerships and authorised representatives only.

The ChargeHive Wallet: on the Free Access Plan, fees are added to the user's
ChargeHive Wallet *after* an eligible transaction completes. Eligible services
stay usable until the unpaid balance reaches the applicable limit, currently up
to ₹300 — new charging, hosting, Marketplace and roadside bookings may then be
paused until it is paid. Signing in, viewing and paying the balance, receipts
and transaction history, existing bookings, support, and account, safety and
emergency information all stay available meanwhile.

A pass removes ChargeHive EV's own fees only. Amounts payable to hosts,
roadside-assistance providers and Marketplace sellers, plus taxes, delivery,
cancellation and penalty charges, remain payable on every plan.

How a pass is charged: it is a **one-time purchase for a fixed term**. There is
no auto-renewal, no autopay, no mandate or standing instruction, and no stored
card — nothing is charged again when the pass ends, and access simply reverts to
the Free Access Plan. Passes are **non-refundable and non-transferable**: no
full or partial refunds, no pro-rata refunds for unused time, and no refund for
ending access early. Prices are in INR and include GST at 18%. Buying a pass
while one is still active adds the new term to the days already held. Discount
coupons issued by ChargeHive EV are entered in the app before payment and reduce
the pass price; they change nothing else. Do not describe these plans as
subscriptions that renew.

Verification, badges, promotional visibility and Social Club access are subject
to internal eligibility and community review at every tier — they are not
guaranteed by a paid plan.

## Do not confuse

- **ChargeHive EV** — this product: a consumer app for drivers and hosts.
- **ChargeHive EV Social Club (ChargeHive EVC)** — the separate invite-only members app.
- **Lotus Flow AI** — a different site and a B2B platform, selling the operator-side systems (dealership suite, marketplace back office, roadside dispatch) to businesses. Not this app.
- **Lotus Scientific Solutions** — the parent company operating both.
