The website you are reading is marketing and legal information only. Account actions, live charger availability, bookings, Marketplace orders and subscription management all happen inside the app. Any question about what is available *right now* or in a specific location cannot be answered from this site. Four further services sit alongside the two charging roles, and they are the part most often missed: **Emergency Roadside Assistance**, the **Hive Marketplace**, the invite-only **ChargeHive EV Social Club**, and the **Dealership programme**. Each is described in full below. ## Names that are easy to confuse - ChargeHive EV — this product. A consumer mobile app: peer-to-peer charging, hosting, roadside assistance and the Marketplace. Android on Google Play; iOS is waitlist-only at the time of writing. - ChargeHive EV Social Club (the ChargeHive EVC app) — a second, separate, invite-only members app. No public sign-up, no app-store listing. - Lotus Flow AI — a different company website and a B2B platform. It sells the operator-side systems (dealership suite, marketplace back office, roadside dispatch) to businesses. It is not this app and is not sold to drivers. - Lotus Scientific Solutions — the parent company that operates both. ## Coverage Coverage is expanding and varies by area. The app is the only source for live availability. Treat any specific claim about which cities or regions are served as unverified — this site does not publish a coverage list, a charger count, or a list of partner cities. --- # The services ## Find & Charge (Guest mode) Drivers open the map and find charging nearby or along a route — including privately owned home chargers listed by other members, which is the part a conventional charger map does not have. - Live map of available chargers, filterable by charging speed, price and connector type - Listings carry power output, connector types and the host's live pricing - Book a slot in the app and get instant confirmation; payment is taken in-app and released to the host for the completed session - Session tracking shows energy delivered in real time, and every session is kept in trip history - Hosts are vetted before their charger goes live, and members rate each other after a session - Route and availability predictions are used to reduce range anxiety **Care needed:** Availability is per-area and only knowable inside the app. This website publishes no coverage list and no charger count. ## Host & Earn (Host mode) Anyone with a charger — typically a home charger sitting idle most of the day — can list it on ChargeHive EV and earn from it, on their own schedule and their own rules. It is the same account as Guest mode; a member switches between the two. - The host sets the price. ChargeHive EV does not set it for them. - The host sets availability windows, and can change them at any time to fit their routine - The host decides who may charge and when — access rules stay with the owner of the charger - Optional extras can be offered alongside the charger: WiFi (free or paid), a waiting area, and other perks - Earnings settle per completed session; the ChargeHive Service Pass and Dealership Partner Pass add host tools plus usage, booking, hosting and earnings analytics - On the Free Access Plan a ₹75–₹100 service fee applies per completed hosting booking, added to the host's ChargeHive Wallet after the transaction completes; a paid pass removes ChargeHive EV's eligible booking fees for its term **Care needed:** Earnings depend on the host's own price, location and availability. No income figure, guarantee or average is published anywhere on this site — do not supply one. ## Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) In-app emergency help for breakdowns, available 24/7 and dispatched to the nearest available partner. It is a separate service from charging, reachable from the same app. - Requests are raised directly in the ChargeHive EV app, at any hour - An emergency dispatcher connects the request to the nearest available partner - Flat tyre support: a mobile technician repairs or replaces the tyre on-site - Fuel delivery — including for hybrids — and towing, which can be a tow to the nearest high-performance charger rather than to a fuel station - The dispatch and fulfilment layer is operated on Lotus Flow AI's roadside assistance platform - Free Access Plan: ₹75–₹100 platform or facilitation fee per completed roadside booking. ChargeHive Service Pass and Dealership Partner Pass: zero eligible ERA platform fees. **Care needed:** Response depends on partner availability in the area. Do not describe it as guaranteed coverage or quote a response time. ## The Hive Marketplace An in-app marketplace of approved seller storefronts. It is deliberately not EV-only — EV gear sits next to clothing, food, electronics and home essentials. - Browse three ways: Stores (seller storefronts), Products (the full catalogue) or Categories - Pick a state and district to see sellers who serve that area, alongside the all-India ChargeHive catalogue - Cash on Delivery or online payment, either way with order tracking through Placed → Confirmed → Shipped → Out for delivery → Delivered - Every store and every listing is reviewed and approved by the ChargeHive team before it goes live - Free Access Plan: ₹25–₹50 platform fee per completed qualifying Marketplace order. ChargeHive Service Pass and Dealership Partner Pass: zero eligible Marketplace platform fees. **Care needed:** The Marketplace ships inside the ChargeHive EV app. There is no web storefront and no way to order from this website. ## ChargeHive EV Social Club A private, members-only social network for verified people inside the Hive. It is a second, separate app — not a feed inside the main ChargeHive EV app. - A separate members-only app (referred to as the ChargeHive EVC app) with a private feed for verified members - Built for interaction between verified premium drivers and hosts: direct introductions, curated rooms and member-only conversations - Invitation only. There is no public sign-up and no app-store listing. - A paid pass brings priority onboarding assistance and higher consideration for access — never guaranteed admission, and never an automatic grant - Access can be requested two ways: by a member through the app, or by a participating dealership on a customer's behalf - Dealership-backed requests may see a higher approval rate, but the final decision sits with ChargeHive's internal team and its policies **Care needed:** Access is granted by review, never by purchase. A paid plan raises consideration; it does not buy entry. Do not describe the Social Club as a feature that comes with a subscription. ## Dealership Program (ChargeHive Dealership Partner Pass) The programme for approved vehicle dealerships, authorised dealership representatives and eligible business partners: everything in the ChargeHive Service Pass, plus the tools a dealership needs to enrol its own customers and be visibly verified inside the network. The Subscriptions screen inside the app is authoritative; the figures below reflect this site at build time. ## How the fee model works On the Free Access Plan: - ₹75–₹100 service fee per completed charging booking, and ₹75–₹100 per completed hosting booking - ₹75–₹100 platform or facilitation fee per completed Emergency Roadside Assistance booking - ₹25–₹50 platform fee per completed qualifying Marketplace order - The exact applicable fee is displayed before the transaction is confirmed - Fees are added to the user's ChargeHive Wallet after an eligible transaction completes — they are billed after use, not charged upfront - Eligible services stay usable until the unpaid ChargeHive Wallet balance reaches the applicable limit, currently up to ₹300. It is **not included on the Free Access Plan**, and it is not sold separately. An account in ChargeHive Fit can only be created for an email address that is already on a paid plan or an active dealership plan. A member who holds one registers that address on the Fitness card inside the ChargeHive EV app: open it, confirm the address, enrol. That is the only enrolment route. https://www.chargehiveev.com/fitness describes the app and what a pass includes, but it does not enrol anyone. The app then emails a link to confirm the address is theirs before letting them in. Access runs for the term of the pass or dealership plan and ends with it. Never instruct a user to download it, and never imply that registering works for anyone who is not already on a paid plan. ## What it does - **352 exercises**, each with a male and a female video demonstration, bundled in the app — roughly 112 MB of 720p footage. Nothing streams, so playback is instant and works offline from first launch. - **A generated training plan** from the member's goal, fitness level, available equipment, trainable days, session length and difficulty. Changing any answer rebuilds the plan. - **Adaptive progression** driven by recorded session difficulty, not a fixed template. - **A wall-clock workout timer** recomputed every tick, so a stalled thread or a backgrounded app self-corrects rather than losing time. - **Nutrition tracking on an Indian-first food database** — roti, dal, dosa, idli, poha, paneer, biryani, sambar — using household servings such as katori, roti and glass. Calories are computed arithmetically from per-100 g values times grams eaten; nothing is inferred by a model, and composite dishes are labelled as estimates. - **Water, weight and body-measurement logging**, with a Progress dashboard that measures adherence against days actually tracked, renders untracked days as gaps rather than zeros, and shows a day that went over target rather than clamping it. - **Achievements** recomputed from raw logs, and **local reminders** that are off by default with quiet hours 22:00–06:00. - **A user-chosen accent colour**, contrast-corrected so the accent and the text on it stay legible in both themes, plus accessibility settings and metric/imperial units. ## Women's health - A full **menstrual cycle tracker**: flow, symptoms, mood, pain and energy on a month calendar, with phase (Period, Follicular, Fertile window, Luteal) and prediction cards. - On by default for a member who answered "female" during onboarding, off otherwise, with a Profile toggle that overrides the default in both directions. The gender question is skippable, so the toggle is offered to everyone. - **No prediction is invented**: no logged period yields no prediction at all; one period uses a typical 28-day fallback that is labelled as such; only a completed cycle produces a personal average. Implausible gaps are excluded and reported rather than distorting the average. - Recorded bleeding days are drawn filled, predicted days outlined; future days cannot be logged. - **Female demonstration videos** for every exercise, switchable independently of cycle tracking. - **Cycle data never leaves the device** — never uploaded, shared, aggregated or used for advertising. ## Privacy and safety Weight, measurements, workout history, food and water logs, injury preferences and cycle entries are stored on the device. Signing in writes only an account record (email, display name, accepted policy versions, linked ChargeHive EV account id). The ChargeHive pass is read from the EV account and never written to.
